Nathan O'Neill stepped into the role of Innovation Program Designer this week as Donna Teuber retired in June.  He hopes to continue the great work around innovation and design thinking that has been built up around the district and to amplify the work to build equity and access for all students.

Welcome to R2 Innovates! Our team is looking for educators who want to make a difference in the lives of students and who have a great idea that needs nurturing.

If you've ever had a great idea but put it aside because you weren't sure that you would have the support to make the dream a reality, this might be the place for you.

We're looking for teams who can develop their ideas and put them into action for the benefit of students in Richland Two.
